7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

Text extraction accuracy depends on document quality, formatting, and other factors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in text extraction results.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DR. NOUR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. Nour from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. No data will be retained after deletion.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is used, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
